Duties &
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, such as typing, answering telephones, scanning, filing, managing mail, and copying.
Provide administrative support to the legal team.
Prepare legal pleadings.
Manage attorney calendars and case listings.
Obtain medical records and various discovery.
Various other duties for a fast-paced workers' compensation law firm.
Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a law firm Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Possess strong computer skills:
Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe A team player Dependable, punctual, and reliable Job Type:
