This role serves as the general lead on all office operations, as well as other administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, handling mail, and handling the conveyancing on all of our files.
This is a fast paced, high volume real estate office, and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude to join our team.
Responsibilities First stop for all agents requests for help & assistance with their real estate activities, and act as liaison with other departments to assist agents with their needs.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the office and making sure everything runs and operates as expected.
Provide basic marketing and technical support as needed to agents either in the office or working remotely.
Greet guests and direct them to appropriate agent/room depending on their needs.
Straighten office common areas and make sure office is presentable at all times, as well as set up for any office events or meetings.
Communicate closing requirements with our agents and their clients.
Order township certifications, mortgage payoffs, resale packages, and other docs as required for the closing.
Order title for buyer side files.
Track all closings and ensure everything is scheduled appropriately, and all settlement charges are tracked and communicated.
Work with mortgage companies, townships, and other companies as needed.
Perform other office tasks whenever required.
Qualifications:
Experience in conveyancing and/or transaction coordination preferred.
Strong technical skills.
