Quick Apply Full-time Part-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Ross Mill Farm is the primary foster home for Pig Placement Network, a non-profit organization that services the rehoming of pet pigs, as well as provides boarding, grooming, and veterinary services.
We are looking for a new team member.
The new team member will work directly with the pigs and help clients and visitors.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day activities of feeding, cleaning, and caring for 80 pigs, plus checking in/out pig boarders, greeting visitors, grooming, veterinary assistance, and medical record keeping.
The new team member will be mature and possess management skills, and will need to work independently, have good people skills, be on time (hours are from 8:
30 to 4:
30), and be willing to work weekend days and holidays when needed.
The new team member should live within 15 miles of the farm in Rushland, PA.
The ideal candidate should have a love of these lil' oinkers, enthusiasm, and a passion for the wonderful work we do to help pigs in need.
